These events are in addition to more being arranged by our community, charity and voluntary sector partners.
There will be two types of events organised by the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs): Drop-in Information Sessions and Public Meetings.
You can view times, dates and locations of all the events HERE
The Information Sessions will give you a chance to meet our doctors, nurses and health managers and directly ask them questions about the reasons for change and what the proposals are.
You will be able to obtain a hard-copy of the Consultation Document and survey or even complete the survey online here.
The sessions are arranged on different days and different times to give as many people as possible the chance to attend. All the Information Session venues are disabled access friendly.
There will be at least three public meetings across Calderdale and Huddersfield in venues that are disabled access friendly.
The Public Meetings are all independently chaired and a presentation will be provided about the proposed changes. Audience members will be able to directly ask questions of the Panel.
You will be able to obtain more information, a hard-copy of the Consultation Document and survey. Again you can complete the survey online.
Where possible we will live-stream the Public Meetings on Facebook Live. You will need to follow us on Facebook to watch the live stream and the videos will also be available online afterwards.
