The Right Care Right Time Right Place (RCRTRP) fourteen week period of formal public consultation on proposed future arrangements for hospital and community health services ended at midnight on Tuesday 21 June.
Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit have now completed the independent analysis and evaluation of the consultation and the Consultation Report of Findings and is available on our Documents page.
NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Greater Huddersfield CCG are pleased with the high response to the consultation and would like to thank everyone who took the time to get involved. The independent reviewer has confirmed 7582 people responded to the survey providing 40,000 comments that have been reviewed and analysed. The comments and feedback from over 1600 people who attended events and over 450 letters, emails, phone calls and texts were also evaluated as part of this report.
The CCGs will now need to take time to carefully review and consider the findings of this very detailed report.
This will include gaining the views of representative stakeholders and consideration and reflection on the responses of Calderdale and Kirklees Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) and Healthwatch.
Collectively, our deliberation and additional information such as the JHOSC and Healthwatch responses will come together to help produce a report of recommendations to support the CCGs’ Governing Bodies in making their decision.
Once the decision is known, we will publish the outcome and provide as much information as possible about next steps.
